This tape is awesome! We (Exercise Therapists) use this tape at our clinic (Keswick Physiotherapy and Sports Injuries Clinic) on a daily basis for our patients for almost all injuries. A lot of the time, it lasts for more than 3 days, which is perfect timing for between appointments. Most other Kinesiology tapes don’t last this long or they come off during/after a shower. Our clinic is not disappointed!

This tape is fabulous! We have used it in clinic and field-side on many of our athletes. The adhesive is great and the stretch is 15-70% without coming off. Lasts 2-3 days without tape spray and 3-5 days with. Works well on all skin types but would recommend to trim hair for best results. We were also quite impressed with the price point! This tape is excellent! I use. It for support on my shoulder and achilles. Its of high quality cotton, sticks well, doesn’t leave marks when taking off and holds on for a few days even after multiple showers. I’ve used several other brands over the years, such as KT tape, Rock tape, cheap chinese brands and others but overall this DynaPro tape has easily become my favourite.
