Free Ground Shipping Within Canada – Conditions
To qualify for Free Ground Shipping within Canada, each of the following conditions must apply:
- The total order value must be at least $350 excluding taxes;
- The order prices should be regular wholesale/professional prices (not discounted);
- The order must not include products that are unusually heavy for their size, e.g. liquids, gels or ice bags;
- It must also not include unusually large products like treatment tables, crutches or foam rollers;
- The shipping address can be anywhere within Canada, except for the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Newfoundland & Labrador or the Yukon;
- For shipments not eligible for free shipping, regular ground shipping rates will apply;
- Express shipping services are available at an additional cost.

Other Shipping Terms & Conditions
In general, we will ship all orders using a carrier and service level that we choose, unless you request otherwise (see below). In most cases, orders will be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground. However, we may also elect to use one of many other carriers. These include (but are not limited to) Fedex Ground, CanPar Ground, Purolator and Canada Post Expedited.
However, for ground shipments going to the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Newfoundland & Labrador, the Yukon or other remote areas, we may be forced to use Canada Post owing to the lack of service from other potential carriers.
We can offer a variety of other delivery options, including Next Business Day Delivery. Please be sure to specify any particular requirements in the order notes and we will do our best to comply.
If you wish to have your products shipped by a specific provider , we will do our best to accommodate this if possible. Please note, however, that these shipments may not qualify for Free Ground Shipping. Please note also that some shipping providers will not provide services to all addresses in Canada.
If it is convenient to you, you can also arrange to pick up your shipment at our warehouse. You can pick it up at any time during our opening hours (Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM).
Orders will be processed in the order they are received. Please call before arriving to confirm that your order is ready for pickup.
If you are local, you may also arrange to have your sales representative pick up and deliver your order.
If you would like to track your order, please let us know and we will provide you with a tracking number once we have invoiced and shipped your order. You can also view the tracking information for all orders on this site here. You only need to enter your order number and shipping email address to get up to date tracking information.
Use My Shipper Delivery Option
In addition to having us ship your order using one of our shipping accounts, you can choose to use your own carrier. Just elect the “Use My Shipper” option from your shopping cart page. Please note that there will be a $5 handling charge if you choose this delivery service, as we usually have to generate some additional paperwork to use a shipping account for which we are not the owner.
We can now offer international shipping of orders made through this site. We are able to offer free shipping on United States orders in excess of US$500. Please note that this applies only to orders going to the continental US (i.e. shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are not included).
