How Can The PlatForm System Be Used For Balance Improvement?
This platform can be used with an inflatable product, typically a CanDo® vestibular disc or balance stone. Please note that neither the disc nor the stone is included.
To use this combined exercise system for balance improvement. Just place the board on top of the disc or stone. It is then the ideal tool to use to challenge your balance skills.
