Our Payment Terms – Retail are:

Online Credit Card Payments

On the Dunbar Medical Retail website you can pay by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover). The transaction and your sensitive information (including your card details) are handled by Authorize.net and are safe and secure.

On the Check Out page, the system will invite you to enter credit card information (card number, expiry date and CVC code) as well as your address. This address should match the address on file with your bank.

If you then click Place Order, you should receive a message stating that your transaction has been successful. If you do not , then the address you have entered is incorrect or your bank has declined your card.

Once you have completed the transaction successfully, the Check Out page will confirm that we have received your order as well as display the details of your transaction. Please copy the order number or take a screenshot for your records.

You should also receive an e-mail confirmation of your order – if not please contact us immediately.

Payments In Person

In addition to online payment by credit card using Authorize.Net, you can also pay in person at our office using Visa, MasterCard or Amex credit cards, Interac debit cards or cash. Please note that this is available for pick up orders only.

Please note that our payment terms – retail policies do not permit us to accept credit card numbers by phone, fax or email. This is for your security and protection – please use Authorize.Net for these payments to maintain complete security of your credit card information.
