This brace is made of a lightweight, durable neoprene-blend fabric that provides warmth which can aid in reducing pain and discomfort. The compression level can be adjusted by loosening or tightening the strap.
The Mueller Sports Medicine Tennis Elbow Support will relieve the pain and discomfort of tennis elbow or golfer’s elbow. By applying pressure just below the elbow, this brace absorbs some of the vibrations passing through the forearm that would otherwise reach the elbow and aggravate the condition.
The brace’s adjustable strap allows you to adjust the compression as your needs change. For example, you may elect to increase the compression before commencing an activity that may aggravate your tennis elbow problem e.g. playing a racquet sport. Afterwards, you can use the strap to reduce the degree of compression for additional comfort.
The brace is comprised of a lightweight, durable neoprene-blend fabric that provides soothing warmth, further reducing pain and discomfort..

Who could benefit from using the Mueller Sports Medicine Tennis Elbow Support?
Don’t be misled by the name. This brace can benefit many people who have never played tennis or any other racquet sport. In fact, 95% of tennis elbow cases do not result from playing any kind of racquet sport. In general tennis elbow is an injury (tendonitis) to the tendons at the lateral epicondyle, situated at the outer edge of the elbow. It results from vibrations traveling along the forearm to the elbow or damage to the extensor muscles of the forearm. This injury can come from activities as diverse as:
- Repetitively swinging a hammer or other tool with the forearm
- Throwing actions, e.g. using a javelin
- Activities requiring repeated and precise movements of the hand or wrist, such as sewing or typing.
- Gardening – e.g. using shears to prune plants.
- Playing the violin
In addition to tennis elbow injuries, the Mueller Sports Medicine Tennis Elbow Support can provide relief from the pain and discomfort caused by golfer’s elbow. This condition is analogous to tennis elbow, but involving injury to the tendons on the medial (inner) side of the elbow. Although less common than tennis elbow, you can develop golfer’s elbow by performing activities that require the exertion of strong gripping forces, such as rock climbing.
