ElastikWrap Non Tear Elastic Tape

DynaPro ElastikWrap is an ultra strong, non tearable and stretchable adhesive tape that is comparable to Mueller Sports Medicine Stretch MTape. It provides greater tensile and adhesive strength than DynaPro StretchLight or DynaPro Porous Zinc Oxide Tape. This tensile and adhesive strength allows you to use ElastikWrap for taping highly irregular body parts. The high tension levels required for taping these parts make StretchLight or Porous Zinc Oxide Tape unsuitable for the situation.

You can also use ElastikWrap to secure bandages, particularly on irregular areas, or for when you need additional therapeutic compression.

DynaPro has equipped ElastikWrap with feathered edges help to prevent it rolling up when you pull athletic shorts or pants over an area that you have already taped. These edges also help to enhance wearing comfort.  In addition, the red center guideline helps to ensure accurate and consistent taping for maximum therapeutic effectiveness.

For superior comfort, DynaPro ElastikWrap is latex free. This removes a potential concern for those with sensitive skin or latex allergy histories.

DynaPro ElastikWrap comes in 2 sizes – 2″ x 5 yds and 3″ by 5 yds. It is sold by the roll. However, you can also buy it by the case. There are 24 rolls per case for the 2″ x 5 yds size and 16 rolls per case for the 3″ x 5 yds version. The 3″ size provides more coverage and is ideal for taping larger body parts such as the knee. The 2″ width is more appropriate for taping smaller parts such as the wrist. This is particularly important when you need to precisely target the compression you are applying to those areas.
