The ball’s dual, soft grip handle makes it easy to get a secure grip using either  one or two hands. The size of the ball has been carefully chosen to be just right for an effective total body workout and it is also optimal for both core and torso conditioning. The handles have also been carefully designed to support a wide ranges of movements.
