Active Recovery Kit

The Theraband Active Recovery Workout Kit is ideal for upper and lower body exercise for strengthening muscles, increasing your range of motion and improving your flexibility. You can take this workout kit with you to work, to the clinic or the gym. Of course, you can also use it at home. The kit is latex free, thus eliminating the risk of skin reactions among those with latex sensitivities. It also comes in blister packaging, making it suitable for sale in retail environments.

The kit includes a color coded progressive resistance system. It allows the user to recognize his or her improvement as it happens, allowing him or her to then move on to the next level.

The Beginner package includes yellow, red and green color coded tubing. This corresponds to forces of  3.0,3.7 and 4.6 pounds being required for 100% elongation respectively.

The Advanced package includes the blue and black color coded tubes. These correspond to forces of 5.8 and 7.3 pounds being required for 100% elongation respectively.
