Accordion Mat – 1 3/8″ PE Foam with Cover

The CanDo® Accordion Mat – 1- 3/8″ PE Foam with Cover is durable enough for use in several settings including schools, gyms and clinics. Their  accordion style allows them to be folded every 2 feet and require minimal storage space when not in use.

The mats have Velcro ends and can be safely connected to each other to “expand” and cover a much larger floor surface.

The insides are made from  1-3/8″ thick poly-ethylene (PE) foam and covered with 18 oz. tough fire-retardant phthalate-free PVC coated vinyl. This vinyl is sewn around the foam and completely covers it. It forms a strong, mildew resistant and anti-bacterial seal that can be simply wiped clean with a damp cloth.

The mat itself has square side walls that are reinforced at each stress points for optimal durability.

The choice of 1-3/8″ thick Poly-ethylene (PE) foam with its hard feel makes this mat a suitable choice for more strenuous exercises.
