The Mueller Sports Medicine Arm Sling comes equipped with an adjustable and padded shoulder strap for maximum comfort and offers arm support to restrict movement and promote rapid healing.
The Mueller Arm Sling is designed to help you recover fully and quickly from upper arm or shoulder injuries, or from surgery.
If you have fractured your shoulder, it is likely that the broken bones will remain close to their anatomically correct positions. As always, we suggest that you follow your doctor’s advice but it is possible that your shoulder only requires immobilization to heal. In this case, an arm sling can provide the needed immobilization.
This arm sling features an adjustable padded shoulder strap that assures maximum comfort throughout the day. The sling won’t cut into your shoulder or cause skin irritation. It will immobilize and reduce the pressure on your shoulder to help it recover quickly from injuries or surgery.
The Mueller Arm Sling is latex free, so you don’t have to worry about allergies even if you have a history of latex sensitivity.
It is one size fits most, which ensures you will be able to adjust it to your individual shoulder size. This adds to the comfort offered by the adjustable padded shoulder strap. You can also wear it on either your right or left arm.
Please consult with your doctor on whether you can sleep wearing the arm sling. Tip – if your doctor says that you can do so, you may find it more comfortable to sleep in a semi seated position.
To clean the sling, we suggest washing it in warm water using a mild soap or detergent. Rinse thoroughly and then hang dry. Avoid using fabric softener, bleach or a tumble dryer.
