Rapid Relief’s Instant Extra Hot Compress is an excellent first aid choice for treatment of sprains, strains, dislocations and mild to moderate soft tissue injuries in general. It’s also effective when treating still or sore joints or muscles.

The compress reaches temperatures of up to 57.2 degrees Celsius (135 degrees Fahrenheit) and can maintain its temperature for periods of up to 30 minutes.

This compress is an excellent accessory to keep in an athletic trainer kit for use to deal with muscle cramps, spasms and the other injuries that can easily affect athletes on the playing field. It is also a good choice for a first aid kit when going camping or hiking.

It is equipped with a foam insulation to provide added comfort when in use and reduce the risk of skin burns.
