Curity Adhesive Wound Closure Strips

Curity Wound Closure Strips are used to treat superficial wounds and are applied over lacerations in such a way as to pull the edges of the wound together and accelerate the healing process.  This method applies less tension to the wound  than that produced by suturing, but also introduces less risk of scarring or infection. Wound closure strips are also ideal for highly contoured areas of the body or those used in musculo-skeletal movements such as joints. Another popular use for these strips is on areas subject to swelling, edema or bloating. Finally, you can use them following early removal of sutures to encourage continued healing.
