With a super strong triaxial hinge that follows the complex motion of the knee and results in near normal motion that standard polycentric dual hinges simply cannot match, the Mueller Sports Medicine Pro Level Hinged Knee Brace equips serious athletes with a high performance brace that offers maximum medial-lateral support. The brace comes with a lockout tool for complete immobilization and adjustable extension stops at 10, 20 and 30 degrees to limit the range of motion when used for rehabilitation purposes.
The Mueller Sports Medicine Pro Level Hinged Knee Brace equips serious athletes with a high performance brace that offers maximum medial-lateral support. It features a triaxial hinge that is key to properly tracking the knee joint. In addition, a removable patella buttress helps to stabilize and protect the knee cap. You can cut the buttress to the shape required for ideal tracking and positioning around the kneecap.
The brace is extra long (16 inches) for maximum stability and protection. This brace is ideal for providing medial-lateral support to weak or injured knees and for helping to prevent injury or re-injury during competition or rehabilitation.
The Mueller Sports Medicine Pro Level Hinged Knee Brace comes with a lockout tool kit. The kit offers complete immobilization and adjustable extension stops at 10°, 20° and 30° if the brace is used for rehabilitation.
Other features of the brace are:
- Adjustable top and bottom straps to provide controlled compression and a custom fit;
- Open back to reduce bunching and a sectional design to facilitate application and removal;
Sizes available are Small, Medium, large, X-Large, XX-Large and XXX-Large.
Measure 7 inches above the center of the knee and also 7 inches below. If these measurements indicate different sizes, choose the larger size.
Thigh Calf
Medium 19-20 in (48-50 cm) 14-15 in (35-38 cm)
Large 21-22 in (53-55 cm) 15-16 in (38 - 40 cm)
X-Large 23-24 in (58-60 cm) 16-17 in (40-43 cm)
XX-Large 25 - 26 in (63 -66 cm) 17-18 in (43 - 45 cm)
To apply:
- Loosen the two rear straps;
-Loosen the upper and lower sections of the brace;
-Align the patella opening over the kneecap. Grasp both hinges to pull the brace into its correct position.
- Secure the upper and lower sections firmly, starting with the lower calf section;
-Secure the two rear straps through the loops;
-Secure the two front straps for a firm but comfortable fit.
Care:
- Remove hinges before washing;
- Hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent. Do not use bleach or fabric softener;
-Rinse thoroughly and air dry;
-If the brace is used in water, we suggest removing the hinges after use and rinsing them thoroughly.
This product contains natural rubber latex which may cause allergic reactions. In addition, it is constructed of a neoprene bland that may irritate the skin. In case of rashes or pain, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
