The Bio Skin Tennis Elbow Skin provides full elbow coverage. It features a silicone pad that fits over the painful area. The patient will find it easy to position the brace for optimal relief and it contours readily to the shape of the forearm. The brace can be used for the treatment of both tennis and golfer’s elbow.

The Tennis Elbow Skin also has an elastic strap for targeted compression of the upper arm area. Using this strap can help alleviate problems from bicep and tricep strains.

The Skin’s proprietary tri-laminate Ultima material has Lycra on the outside and a polyurethane film in the middle. The film permits moisture vapor transfer and thus perspiration evaporation. This facilitates the body’s natural temperature regulation system. Like all Bio Skin materials, it is hypo allergenic and 100% neoprene and latex free. These properties will eliminate the discomfort from wearing the brace over a prolonged period. The improved patient compliance increases the likelihood of a favorable treatment outcome.

The brace incorporates the patented  SkinLok™ feature, which causes it to adhere more firmly to the skin in the presence of perspiration, water or lotion.  As a result of this, the Tennis Elbow Skin will remain in its intended area even through periods of intense activity. The patient will therefore have a greater likelihood of rapid pain relief and healing.

This is a good choice to treat cases of mild to moderate tennis elbow that may or may not be combined with general elbow pain resulting from a separate injury e.g. an elbow or strained flexor or extensor muscles. In these cases, you can position the silicone pad over the tendons experiencing tennis or golf elbow pain while using the general compression of the sleeve to treat the general elbow or forearm pain.
