Mueller® Sports Medicine a été un pionnier dans le développement d'orthèses de genou avec des charnières triaxiales, qui suivent correctement l'articulation du genou. Ces orthèses favorisent un mouvement de l'articulation du genou qui simule étroitement le mouvement réel de l'articulation.
Une autre innovation technologique de Mueller est la gamme Hg80® - Mueller Mercury™ d'orthèses légères et confortables qui sont à la fois antimicrobiennes, respirantes et évacuent l'humidité pour plus de confort
