Q Brace with Conforma Hinge – Front Closure

The Bio Skin Q Brace with Conforma Hinge – Front Closure is designed to facilitate multi-directional traction on the patella. The multi-directional traction is achieved through the use of a T strap that can be positioned in various ways to change the direction of traction on the patella. Additionally, the design of the brace increases the traction on the patella as the knee goes through its range of motion.

The brace’s patented Conforma hinge supplements its effectiveness by offering increased stability while being very light and comfortable.

The Q Brace with Conforma Hinge is made of Bio Skin’s patented tri-laminate Ultima material which is amazingly thin and provides high level compression with powerful Lycra and a polyurethane film. The film allows moisture vapor transfer so that perspiration evaporates, thus facilitating the body’s natural temperature regulation system. Like all Bio Skin materials, Ultima is hypo allergenic as well as 100% neoprene and latex free.

As with all Bio Skin braces, the Bio Skin Q Brace with Conforma Hinge – Front Closure features the patented SkinLok™ feature. This increases adherence to the skin in the presence of perspiration, thus reducing slippage during periods of intense physical activity. As a result, the brace will remain in position and continue to apply compression to the appropriate area. It  continues to effectively reduce pain and promote healing while your patients pursue their normal activities.
