Golfer's Elbow (Medial Epicondylitis)

Golfer’s Elbow (Medial Epicondylitis) is a medical condition involving inflammation of the tendons of the elbow on the lateral (outside) part of the elbow. Typical symptoms are pain, stiffness and difficulty using the elbow to perform everyday tasks. Despite the name, the condition is  most commonly experienced due to circumstances completed unrelated to golf. It is a common condition among individuals involved in rock climbing or other activities involving a strong grip. The elbow braces below are designed to provide relief from the condition and promote healing. Please consult with a doctor prior to making a decision on the brace best suited to your activity level and other circumstances.
